Kerberos enabled check (rule)

Checks if Amazon EMR clusters have Kerberos enabled. The rule is NON_COMPLIANT if a security configuration is not attached to the cluster or the security configuration does not satisfy the specified rule parameters. Kerberos Enabled Check.
