CMK not scheduled for deletion check (rule)

Checks whether customer master keys (CMKs) are not scheduled for deletion in AWS Key Management Service (KMS). The rule is NON_COMPLAINT if CMKs are scheduled for deletion. CMK Not Scheduled For Deletion Check.
