Checks whether your Amazon CloudFront distributions use HTTPS (directly or via a redirection). The rule is NON_COMPLIANT if the value of ViewerProtocolPolicy is set to ‘allow-all’ for the defaultCacheBehavior or for the cacheBehaviors. AWS CloudFront HTTPS Viewer Policy.
