Amazon VPC internet gateway authorized VPC only (rule)

Checks that Internet gateways (IGWs) are only attached to an authorized Amazon Virtual Private Cloud (VPCs). The rule is NON_COMPLIANT if IGWs are not attached to an authorized VPC. Amazon VPC Internet Gateway Authorized VPC Only.
