Checks that all methods in Amazon API Gateway stage has logging enabled. The rule is NON_COMPLIANT if logging is not enabled. The rule is NON_COMPLIANT if logging Level is neither ERROR nor INFO. Amazon API Gateway Execution Logging Enabled.
