AWS saving plans

Savings plans notifications allow you to subscribe to savings plans alerts. You’ll be notified of savings plans expirations and upcoming queued savings plans purchases. You can configure settings to receive alerts 1, 7, 30, and/or 60 days prior to the end date of the existing Savings Plan or the start date of the queued purchase. Savings plans are a great way to save money over the long term with EC2 instances, AWS fargate or AWS lambda as you will pay a reduced cost in exchange to a flexible commitment proposed by you.
